Oil boiler out, geothermal energy in.
We replace oil and gas heating with deep borehole probes that both heat and cool. Prefabricated surface elements carrying heating and cooling pipes are plastered onto ceilings and walls: warm water circulates in winter, cold water in summer.

Energy piles and deep borehole probes, heat pump and thermal activation of base slabs, wall façades and element ceilings — planned as one integrated system from the outset.

Funding rules differ widely. In Switzerland each canton sets its own; at federal level there are tax incentives for large consumers. In Germany we support the application and submission, in Austria the funding schemes available in Vienna.

Thermally activated building components
Prefabricated heating and cooling pipes, fixed to surface elements, are plastered onto ceilings and walls. This allows heating and cooling with water, much like an underfloor heating system. In winter warm water circulates through the building, in summer cold water. The deep probe taps geothermal energy as the source.
Vertical and horizontal probes tap the heat source.
Heating and cooling pipes are connected via the manifolds.
A photovoltaic array on the roof can optionally complete the system.
